Next, we visit your property and evaluate the proposed location. The deck or spa surround is engineered for the spa’s filled weight. We also identify the 240V electrical path, plan equipment clearances, and confirm HOA and permit requirements.
Most installations here require a permit and a dedicated 240V circuit from a licensed electrician. We coordinate both. In other words, you never manage multiple contractors.
First, we build the platform with engineered footings, beam sizing, and joist spacing for the load. Cover lifter mounting points, service access panels, and electrical conduit all go in during construction rather than afterward.
Next, we coordinate delivery with the manufacturer and manage any crane or equipment needed for placement. Final positioning happens on the completed deck. Finally, we confirm plumbing connections, fill the spa, and run the startup sequence.
The licensed electrician makes the final 240V connection at the disconnect box. After that, we walk you through operation, water chemistry, filter maintenance, and cover care. The goal is long-term ownership, not just a good first week.
